14. Availability, Updates, and Changes
Denarya may update, modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of Colligo from time to time.
Updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility with macOS, Apple platform requirements, security standards, file formats, dependencies, or other technical systems.
Denarya does not guarantee uninterrupted or perpetual availability of Colligo, any particular feature, compatibility with every document, or compatibility with every current or future Mac or macOS version.
15. System and Document Compatibility
Colligo requires compatible hardware, software, operating-system capabilities, and supported file formats.
Performance may vary based on factors such as document size, document complexity, available memory, storage, device performance, operating system version, and other software running on your Mac.
Some documents may contain unusual structures, damaged data, unsupported features, embedded resources, security restrictions, or formatting that Colligo cannot reproduce or process perfectly.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colligo is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denarya disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and compatibility.
Denarya does not warrant that Colligo will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every file or system configuration, or that defects will always be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Denarya and its owners, affiliates, contributors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, data, documents, research, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use Colligo.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses arising from document corruption, deletion, rendering differences, export errors, unavailable files, incompatible documents, device problems, third-party services, or reliance on information processed or organized using Colligo.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Responsibility for Your Use
You are responsible for your use of Colligo, the documents and materials you choose to process, and the decisions you make based on your research or exported materials.
You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your Mac and for protecting confidential, proprietary, personal, regulated, or otherwise sensitive materials that you choose to process or store on your device.
If you use Colligo in a professional, academic, business, legal, financial, regulated, or other specialized environment, you remain responsible for complying with the rules and obligations that apply to you and your materials.
19. Termination
You may stop using Colligo at any time.
Your license to use Colligo may terminate if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law and any rights provided through Apple.
Upon termination of your license, you must stop using Colligo. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including provisions concerning intellectual property, responsibility, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will survive to the extent permitted by law.
20. Consumer Rights
You may have rights under consumer-protection, privacy, digital-content, or other laws that apply in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, restrict, or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, restricted, or limited.
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal right that applies to you, the mandatory legal right will control to the extent required by law.
21. Changes to These Terms
Denarya may update these Terms to reflect changes to Colligo, Denarya's practices, applicable law, platform requirements, security considerations, or other legitimate operational needs.
When these Terms are revised, the updated version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed.
Your continued use of Colligo after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure by Denarya to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms except where permitted by law or with Denarya's written consent. Denarya may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or other lawful business transaction.
These Terms, together with the Colligo Privacy Notice and any mandatory terms applicable through Apple, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of Colligo, except where additional written terms expressly apply.
